Our embroidered bucket hats are made of 100% washed cotton for a soft, comfortable fit. They are best suited to fit approximately 2-7yo.
These hats make thoughtful, practical gifts that kids will love to wear and not loose with their names on them.

Embroidery
All products are embroidered-to-order by our small team in New Zealand and we aim to make and dispatch all orders in 5 working days. The holiday period from November-December will have longer lead times of up to 12 working days.

Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure that all text is entered exactly how you would like it to be embroidered i.e. caps, spacing, etc.
Shipping
Australia orders are sent with either DHL express which takes 1-2 days or Economy tracked shipping which takes 2-3 weeks.
New Zealand orders are sent with overnight courier, so you should receive your order 1-2 days from dispatch.
Returns

The entire embroidery process is done in our Auckland studio. It starts with our hand-drawn illustrations that are digitally converted stitch-by-stitch into embroidery designs. Every order is made-to-order based on your unique selection and personalisation.
