I was very pleased with the quality of the cap, and Poppa G loved it. My only disappointment was that I requested the name was stitched to the back of the hat, but when it arrived it was on the front. Still lovely, just not what we asked for.

I very stupidly forgot to select the correct size (adult) when I ordered a custom text cat hat as a gift for my partner and didn't realise my mistake until I got the shipping notification. When I noticed my mistake, I reached out to see if I could get a discount on a reorder (a long shot but you never know), and they let me know that they had actually made my order in the adult size!! It has since arrived and it was exactly as I expected from the pictures, so I would definitely order again!

I was very happy with the product and stitching of both the Blue Heeler on the front of the cap and the name on the back of the cap. This was part of a birthday present for my partner who has had her heeler for 11 years. I know how important our dogs are too us and expressing this through personal items like this is a excellent tribute. I immediately got a cap for myself too with a red and white border collie. And was very happy with that purchase too.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the cushion and I think my dad will love it. I got it embroidered with his 2 dogs and it's absolutely gorgeous.
