All products are embroidered-to-order and we aim to embroider and dispatch all orders in 1-3 working days.
NZ orders are sent with overnight courier, so you should receive your order 1-2 days after dispatch
Australia orders are sent with expressing shipping, so you should receive your order within 5 working days after dispatch
Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure that all text is entered exactly how you would like it to be embroidered i.e. Caps, spacing, etc.
