All products are embroidered-to-order by our small team in New Zealand and we aim to make and dispatch all orders in 5 working days.

Shipping
Australia orders are sent with either DHL express which takes 1-2 days or Economy tracked shipping which takes 2-3 weeks.
New Zealand orders are sent with overnight courier, so you should receive your order 1-2 days from dispatch.

Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure that all text is entered exactly how you would like it to be embroidered i.e. caps, spacing, etc
